Terms & Conditions

Promoter.

A. The promoter is Plata Capital Limited trading as “Sokin” (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Registered office: C/O Mishcon De Reya, Africa House, 70 Kingsway, London WC2B 6AH, United Kingdom.

B. Nottingham Forest Football Club Limited (“NFFC”) has approved the promotional content and will distribute the marketing email. NFFC is not the promoter and is not responsible for the administration of this offer or Sokin account onboarding decisioning.

1) Eligibility. This offer is open to business applicants in the United Kingdom who:

a) are aged 18 or over;

b) successfully open a new Sokin business account that becomes Live (as defined below) during the Offer Period; and

c) access the Sokin onboarding journey via the campaign route (tracked internally by Promoter).

2) Exclusions. The offer is not open to:

a) employees, officers, agents, or contractors of the Promoter or its group companies, or their immediate family/household members;

b) employees, officers, agents, or contractors of NFFC or its group companies, or their immediate family/household members;

c) any business that is, or has previously been, a Sokin business customer (including where the business has previously held a Sokin business account under the same or a materially similar legal entity); and/or

d) any applicant who fails KYB/KYC requirements or cannot be onboarded for regulatory, risk, or compliance reasons.

3) Limitation. “Business” means the legal entity (with a company registration number) that becomes the Sokin account holder.

4) Offer period.

a) The offer is effective from the time the promotional email is first sent by NFFC (the “Start Time”).

b) The offer closes at the earlier of: (i) 23:59 (UK time) on May 31st 2026; or

(ii) the time at which 10 shirts have been allocated to Qualifying Customers (defined below) (the “Offer Period”).

c) We may end the offer early once 10 shirts have been allocated. If we do so, we will take reasonable steps to update the landing page (and, where practicable, related campaign messaging) promptly to reflect that the offer has ended.

5) How to qualify.

a) To qualify, you must, during the Offer Period:

i) access the Sokin onboarding journey via the campaign route https://sokin.com/nottingham-forest-shirt and submit a Sokin business account application; and

ii) successfully complete onboarding and go Live with your Sokin business account (KYB/KYC completed and account activated) by the end of the Offer Period.

b) “Account Live” / “Live” means your Sokin business account has been approved following required checks (including KYB/KYC) and has been activated such that it is live in Sokin systems. Sokin’s records will determine whether an account is Live and the timestamp for when it became Live.

c) The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control (including, but not limited to delayed provision of KYB/KYC information by the applicant). Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible to allow time for checks to complete before the closing date.

6) Allocation.

a) The first ten (10) qualifying businesses (“Qualifying Customers”) will receive the gift, determined on a first-come-first-served basis by the timestamp (in Promoter systems) at which the account became Live, provided that the application can be linked to this campaign route https://sokin.com/nottingham-forest-shirt and complies with these Terms.

b) Qualification requires that the Promoter can verify (acting reasonably) that the account application originated via the campaign route https://sokin.com/nottingham-forest-shirt. If tracking fails for technical reasons, the Promoter may (but is not obliged to) accept other reasonable evidence and apply a fair approach across applicants. The Promoter’s decision is final.

7) The Gift.

a) The gift is one official Nottingham Forest home shirt (the “Gift”). “Home shirt” means the official Nottingham Forest home shirt supplied for this promotion (season/version as determined by the Promoter in consultation with NFFC, subject to stock availability).

b) No cash alternative is available. The Gift is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

c) We will take size requests into consideration where possible but cannot guarantee availability of any particular size. If your requested size is unavailable, we may supply an alternative available size.

d) If the Gift (or a particular feature of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control (including stock issues), we reserve the right to substitute it with an item that is reasonably comparable (for example, an alternative official Nottingham Forest shirt or merchandise item).

8) Fulfilment and delivery.

a) We will aim to notify Qualifying Customers using the contact details linked to their Sokin account within a reasonable time after their account becomes Live and our verification checks are complete.

b) Qualifying Customers must provide any requested fulfilment details (eg delivery address, recipient name, size preference) within fourteen (14) days of our request. If the Qualifying Customer does not respond in time, we may treat the Gift as forfeited and allocate it to the next eligible business.

c) Subject to clause 8(e), we will aim to dispatch the Gift within thirty (30) days of receiving complete fulfilment details.

d) Delivery is available to addresses in the United Kingdom only, and is subject to:

i) carrier/service availability; and

ii) address validation and security checks.

If we cannot lawfully or practically deliver to the requested UK delivery address, we may cancel the Gift or offer an alternative fulfilment method at our discretion.

9) Data protection.

a) We will process personal data for the purposes of:

i) administering and verifying the promotion (including eligibility and allocation);

ii) onboarding and operating the Sokin business account (in accordance with our account terms and regulatory obligations); and

iii) fulfilling and delivering the Gift (including sharing necessary data with fulfilment/shipping partners and, where relevant, with NFFC or its nominated supplier solely for fulfilment administration).

b) Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://sokin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

10) General.

a) We will take reasonable steps to run the promotion fairly, including applying consistent verification and timestamping logic and maintaining appropriate records to demonstrate compliance with availability requirements.

b) We may refuse qualification or withhold fulfilment where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

c) We may suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, technical failures, legal/regulatory requirements, or business purposes. Any change to the closing date will be made in line with applicable law.

d) Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any losses arising out of or in connection with this promotion howsoever occurring.

11) Governing law.

a) These Terms and the promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
